Application:
A high class line for sewing bags from the renowned Yao Han brand.
Composed of a stationary bag closing machine N980AC on a column and a conveyor belt.
Designed for sewing mainly paper bags with the possibility of binding with crepe tape.

Functions:
Sewing machine makes a single, reinforced (2-thread) stitch.
It is equipped with a pneumatic thread and crepe tape cutter and an automatic lubrication system - lubrication is limited to checking and topping up the oil level.
The set has a photocell, thanks to which the work is fully automatic - bag detection, thread cutting.
Smoothly adjustable height of the sewing machine in relation to the conveyor belt allows working with sacks of various sizes.
Very good vibrations have been achieved due to the good balance of the rotating parts.
