Application:
FBS-20 automatic edge-folding stitching packaging machine is suitable for edge-folding and stitching of PP, PE woven bags, it has wide application in the fields of foodstuff, feed, chemical industry. This machine adopts photoelectric control system, which could automatically and continuously finish the processes of edge-folding, stitching, thread-snipping etc. of plastic woven bags.

Set consisting of 3 machines. The FBS-20 sewing machine is dedicated for sewing paper and woven bags.
It is used for packing foodstuffs, feeds, fertilizers. The machine is controlled by a foot pedal.
The tripod has wheels, it is movable, the height of the gripper is adjustable, you can work on bags of different heights.
The electronic scale CJS 25IH can automatically weigh loose powder / granules and display the displayed value at the same time and then supply the bag for further packing.
Machine interface, advanced PLC, weight meter, sensors, etc. provide reliability, long service life and minimal maintenance.
The SJB 300/35 conveyor helps to significantly increase the efficiency and reduce the intensity of work.
