Application:
FBS-20 automatic edge-folding stitching packaging machine is suitable for edge-folding and stitching of PP, PE woven bags, it has wide application in the fields of foodstuff, feed, chemical industry. This machine adopts photoelectric control system, which could automatically and continuously finish the processes of edge-folding, stitching, thread-snipping etc. of plastic woven bags.

The set consists of an sewing machine on a stand, an electronic scale CJS 25IH and a SJB 300/35 conveyor. The height of the seam is adjustable - it can be used on bags of different heights. Operation is by foot pedal. The kit is used for packaging loose products, among others feeds, fertilizers, cereals, etc. in large paper bags and woven plastic bags. The variable-speed conveyor belt allows for significant productivity gains and reduced work intensity.
