Application:
Welder for blisters designed to pack products such as cosmetics, parts, tools, toys, art. Household appliances, etc., such as toothbrushes, teats, lipsticks.
On the rotary tabletop of the device there are 6 stations on which to place molds prepared under the shape of the package.
In the form of successively manually put plastic blisters and the products in them.
Then the automatic arm of the device imprints on the top of the cardboard closing the blister.
The cardboard is heated to the plastic part of the packaging.
After welding, the machine receives the finished product and passes on, for example, to a conveyor belt located next to the machine.
 

Function:
Blister packaging ensures the visibility of the packaged product while protecting it from moisture, dust and dirt.
The work is controlled by a PLC.
