BLISTER PACKING MACHINE JY8000-ZP

Application:

Blister welder designed for packing products such as cosmetics, parts, tools, toys, art. household, etc., e.g. toothbrushes, teats, lipsticks.

There are 4 stands on the rotary top of the device, where products should be placed.

The rest of the work is done automatically by the device that puts the cardboard on top and closes the blister.

The cardboard is warmed up to the plastic part of the packaging.

After welding, the machine receives the finished product and passes it on, e.g. to a work table.

Functions:

This machine has four work stations, while one work station, the worker can place materials at other stations simultaneously.

Pneumatic clamp.

Packing in blisters ensures the visibility of the packed product, while protecting it from moisture, dust and dirt.

The work is controlled by a PLC controller.
