ZSB800 SEMI-AUTOMATIC BLOWING MACHINE

Application:

Machine designed to produce PET bottles with preforms.

The main components are preform warming machine and blow molding machine.

The blow molding machine is designed for dies with 1 or 2 smaller sockets (molds).

Raw preforms are placed on the conveyor fasteners and introduced into the heating tunnel.

Preheated preforms exiting the tunnel are manually transferred to the blow molds.

After closing the die, the preform presses the air under pressure to stretch the blank to the shape of the die.

Functions:

The device is designed with high quality components (eg Festo - Germany, Parker - USA, Airtac - Taiwan) guaranteeing a low rate of discards (below 0.3%).

The 300l air tank serves as a buffer to reduce compressed air pressure, extending the life of the compressor.
