Application:
The machine is designed for forming one or two-layer paper cups for cold or hot beverages.
The cups are welded with ultrasound.
The machine collapses and seals the wall of the cup, wraps the upper and lower edge of the cup, cuts and warms the bottom and finished cups.
It requires ready - cut and printed cup cutouts.

Functions:
The reliability of the production process is provided by HMI and PLC controllers, components including Schneider, Autonics, Delta, including 11 sensors controlling all stages of work.
The device has a self-lubrication system for moving parts and automatic emergency shutdown.
It is easy to use and maintain.
It requires the use of appropriate paper, previously printed with the appropriate basis weight - depending on whether the cups are intended for cold or hot drinks (for hot drinks it is 250-320 gsm).
