ICE CREAM PAPER CUP MAKING MACHINE ZBJX16

Machine designed for forming single or double layer paper cups for cold or hot beverages. Mugs are welded using ultrasound. The machine curls and seals the cup wall, wraps the upper and lower edges of it, cuts and warms the bottom and ready cups. Requires finished - cut and printed mugs cut. The reliability of the production process is ensured by HMI and PLC controllers. Schneider, Autonics, Delta, including 11 sensors that control all stages of operation. The device has a self lubricating system for moving parts and automatic emergency shutdown. It is easy to operate and maintain. Requires the use of appropriate paper, pre-printed with the right basis weight - depending on whether the cups are intended for cold or hot drinks (for hot is 280-320 gsm).
