BL5000 SEMI-AUTOMATIC BLOWING MACHINE

Application:

Machine designed to produce PET bottles with preforms.

The main components are preform warming machine and blow molding machine.

The blow molding machine is adapted for 1 die (mold) matrices.

Raw preforms are placed on the conveyor fasteners and introduced into the heating tunnel.

Preheated preforms exiting the tunnel are manually transferred to the blow molds.

After closing the die, the preform presses the air under pressure to stretch the blank to the shape of the die.

Functions:

The device is designed using high-quality european and japanese components that guarantee a low percentage of discards.

The forms are made according to customer order, the possible capacities are: 750 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml.
