Description

The HL‑B‑IV four‑door, eight‑car hot air circulation oven is a modern device designed for drying and dehumidifying products across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, plastics, light industry, and electronics. With internal hot air circulation, the drying process is uniform and energy consumption is optimized. Automatic temperature control with PID regulation ensures precise thermal parameters, while a specially designed air distributor guarantees consistent temperature distribution throughout the chamber.

The oven interior is made of 304 stainless steel, TIG welded and polished, with rounded corners eliminating dead zones – fully compliant with GMP requirements. Silicone seals resistant to 180°C and robust container‑type latches provide safe and tight operation. The oven is equipped with high‑, medium‑, and low‑efficiency air filters, ensuring process cleanliness. Low‑noise axial fans maintain stable airflow and reduce operating noise.

The unit is delivered with full documentation, CE marking, and a Polish‑language operating manual.
