Due to the variety of goods, we are unable to enter shipping costs to add automatically when ordering goods. The cost of shipping will be given to the email and we will enter its value in the customer's order (my account - order history). As a standard, when shopping, the shipping cost pops up as PLN 0.
You can also ask for the shipping cost before ordering.
The shipment is carried out in the following variants:
1. Poczta Polska - small-size shipments.
Domestic shipments
We send orders worth up to PLN 200 by post, for security reasons.
Forms of payment: prepayment to the account or payable on delivery.
Foreign shipments
Payment methods: prepayment to your account
Deadline for execution on the same business day in which the order was placed (cash on delivery) or on the day the payment was credited to the account (prepayment)
2. DHL courier - small and bulky items.
Domestic shipments - road transport
Forms of payment: prepayment on account, payable on delivery
Above PLN 2,000 only prepayment to your account.
Delivery on the next working day from the moment of receiving the order (cash on delivery) or on the day the payment is credited to the account.
Foreign shipments - road transport, air transport
Payment methods: prepayment to your account.
3. Spedition Kuehne + Nagel - large-size shipments
Domestic shipments - road transport
Payment methods: payment to your account.
Foreign shipments - road, sea transport.
Payment methods: prepayment to your account.
Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
There is also a possibility to send your courier after the prepayment for the goods to your account.
