X-RAY INSPECTION SYSTEM HLR-1630SH – INCLINED UPWARDS VIEW

The HLR-1630SH X-ray inspection system is an advanced inspection machine designed for quality control in the food, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. Thanks to the inclined upwards inspection technology, the system significantly reduces detection blind spots, providing higher inspection accuracy compared to standard top-view X-ray systems.

The machine enables precise detection of foreign contaminants such as:

The system is equipped with a high-performance 500W X-ray generator and a modern 0.4 mm TDI detector, ensuring excellent detection accuracy and stable operation in demanding production environments.

The machine features a 15-inch full-color TFT touch screen, intuitive interface and Windows 10 operating system. The control panel is available in Polish language, making operation and configuration easy and user-friendly.

The machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring high corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The fully enclosed X-ray cabinet eliminates the need for external protective curtains.

The system is equipped with a high-speed pneumatic reject system, allowing automatic removal of contaminated products directly from the production line.
