The CDX-500 Automatic Capping Machine is a professional solution designed for fast and precise tightening of plastic bottle caps on various bottle types and sizes. Ideal for use in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, beverage, and chemical industries.

Working Principle and Features:

Bottles with caps pre-placed are automatically fed to the capping head. The bottle is held firmly by the clamping mechanism, and two pairs of polyurethane rollers spinning in the same direction tighten the cap smoothly and accurately.

The bottle clamping system, as well as the height and width of the roller heads, can be easily adjusted to suit different bottle and cap sizes — no need to replace mechanical parts. Just quick adjustments are enough to switch formats and resume production.

The CDX-500 has a compact structure, quiet operation, modern appearance, and high cap-tightening accuracy.
