Automatic Granule Sachet Packing Machine FZL-100

The FZL series machines are fully automatic packaging devices designed to produce three-side sealed sachets filled with granulated products. The automated packaging process increases production efficiency and ensures consistency.

The FZL-100 model is made of stainless steel, making it suitable for use in the food industry. It is ideal for packing non-dusty granules, dried herbs, teas, and similar products.

The machine is designed for operation with a single flat film width. For every change in sachet width, a dedicated forming tube matching the film size must be used. It forms neat and uniform sachets with a stripe-style three-side seal.

Important: Before first use, it is necessary to remove the transport screws that secure vibrating components during shipment.
