The FZL-1000 is a modern, fully automatic machine designed for packing free-flowing granular products into neatly sealed sachets with a back seal. Its automated operation significantly increases production efficiency while ensuring consistency and high-quality packaging.

Constructed from stainless steel, the machine is well-suited for use in the food industry. It is ideal for packing non-dusty granules, dried fruit blends, teas, herbs, and botanical mixtures. The machine forms a professional-looking, three-side sealed sachet with a strip-style side seal, giving the product a clean and attractive appearance.

The machine operates with a single flat film width. If you wish to change the sachet width, a dedicated forming tube matching the new film size is required.

Before using the machine, make sure to remove the transport screws that secure the vibrating components during shipping.
