Application:
The machine is designed for automatic sealing of trays with dimensions 28 cm x 18 cm x 4 cm. It is ideal for packaging fresh fruits such as blueberries, extending their shelf life and protecting them from moisture and mold.

Operating Instructions (Summary)

1. Connecting the Machine:

   • Connect the machine to 380V or 220V power supply (depending on version).

   • Connect to compressed air supply (operating pressure 0.5–0.6 MPa).

2. Preparation for Operation:

   • Set sealing parameters on the touchscreen (temperature, time, pressure).

   • Place trays with products into the working stations.

3. Sealing Process:

   • Start the sealing cycle by pressing the start button.

   • The machine will automatically seal trays and discharge them (if equipped).

4. Safety:

   • In case of malfunction, immediately press the emergency stop button.

   • Regularly inspect cable condition and ensure cleanliness of the machine.
