Working Principle

• Small Scale (Volume Measurement): For smaller amounts, the dispenser uses volumetric measurement. By adjusting the pulse value, the number of rotations of the dosing screw changes, thus adjusting the filling weight. During filling, an electronic scale provides weight feedback, and the system automatically corrects the pulse value.
• Large Scale (Weighing Measurement): For larger quantities, it utilizes weighing measurement, which allows precise dosing through three speed levels: fast, medium, and slow.
  • Fast Filling – transitions to medium speed upon reaching the preset "fast weight."
  • Medium Filling – switches to slow speed upon reaching "medium weight."
  • Slow Filling – stops filling once the "slow weight" is reached.
