The DGS-50F Powder Weigher Filling Machine is a new generation of intelligent packaging solution designed for fast and precise filling of powders and bulk materials. The machine adopts the principle of electronic weighing and a three-stage screw feeding system (fast, medium, slow), ensuring high accuracy, high speed and minimal dust pollution.

The complete unit includes four main modules:

• automatic weighing & filling machine,

• screw auger feeder,

• conveyor belt for transporting bags,

• vertical sealing machine QLF-1680 (with sealing & date/lot printing function).

This integrated system provides a fully automated packaging process – from filling, through conveying, to sealing with printed date or batch number.
