Application:

The DXDF-S semi-automatic powder dosing machine is designed for dosing loose, powdery products and small particles.

The device is suitable for packing and measuring various products, such as food powders, spices, additives, chemical products, pharmaceutical products, cosmetic products and other materials with suitable flow properties.

The machine enables precise dosing of the product into packages, containers, bottles, jars or bags.

Machine description:

DXDF-S is a semi-automatic filling machine for powders.

The device is equipped with a hopper, screw dosing system and control panel. Operation is carried out via a touch screen, where operating parameters can be set, such as dosing weight, speed, working mode and weight compensation.

The machine can operate in single or continuous mode. The production counter function allows the number of completed dosing cycles to be monitored.

The device also has jog mode and a cleaning function, which make operation and preparation of the machine for work easier.
