Application:

The YT-6 automatic straight line piston filling machine is designed for filling various types of liquid, semi-liquid and thicker products.

The machine is suitable for dosing liquids, emulsions, pastes, sauces and products with higher viscosity. After using a suitable filling valve, it can also be used for filling semi-liquid products, pastes, sauces and products containing small particles.

The device is widely used in the food, cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in production plants filling products into bottles and containers.

Machine description:

YT-6 is an automatic straight line filling machine equipped with 6 filling heads and a hopper / feeding tank. The machine uses the piston quantitative filling principle, which allows accurate dosing of the required product volume.

The device is equipped with PLC control and a human-machine interface with a touch screen. Filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted directly from the control panel.

The filling machine can be quickly adjusted for different bottle shapes and sizes without replacing parts. The system prevents filling when there is no bottle under the filling head.
