Application:
Automatic filler and sealer for plastic containers, mugs and trays.
The device places containers from the feeder in the molds, dispenses them with, for example, soup or other liquids, and then closes with foil from the roll (PE, PS, PP, nylon, aluminum foil) warming it to the edge of the container and cutting off the excess.
Functions:
Stable work is ensured by high-quality production components, among others Japanese, including a Mitsubishi PLC controller and a Yaskawa servo engine.
The service is carried out via a simple touch panel.
The device is made of stainless steel, equipped with a date and photocell detecting the marker on the film.
