Application:
Fully automatic rotary type machine for filling cups and sealing them with liquid.
Work process:
1. Loading cups: The cups fall one after the other; pneumatic control; one cup, one hole.
2. Filling: Tanks easy to open and close. All parts / tubes in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
3.Patina application: Patches are sucked; pneumatic control; one silicone choke.
4.Welding: copper sealing heads; sealing temperature is adjustable: 0-400 C; pneumatic control; one sealing head.
5. Ejecting finished cups: Ready cups are automatically ejected.

Functions:
The machine uses the best electrical and pneumatic components.
Omron PLC pneumatic controllers were used, as well as a touch screen.
The machine has one filling nozzle with a leak prevention system.
All machine parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or have a smooth surface.
