Application:

Automatic device designed for filling and closing doypack packaging with a screw cap.

The machine takes individual bags, fills them with liquid, puts on and tightens the cap and drains the finished product.

It is mainly used in the food and cosmetics industry.

Functions:

It has a double security system to prevent product loss and damage to packaging - dispensing is not initiated until the packaging is in the right position, similarly the screwdriver starts working only when the nut is properly applied to the thread.

It has all necessary approvals and certificates.

The kit includes a cap feeder marked in red in the picture.
