Application:
Automatic filling machine designed for filling plastic and glass bottles with liquids.
The device has its own belt conveyor, thanks to which it can be easily integrated into a production line with a cap machine, eg the XG-300 model available in our offer, labeling machine, etc., but it can also be a separate work station.
The fillers are adapted to the customer's requirements (bottle dimensions, dose size), if interested, please contact us - we will be happy to prepare an individual offer.
Functions:

All surfaces in contact with the product have smooth surfaces or are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel 304.

The service takes place via a simple to use panel.

The device is very efficient and reliable.
A given machine can dispense a product in one of the specified ranges.
If we want the range to be wider it will be necessary to double dosing into one bottle.
