Application:

A complete vertical packaging system consisting of a "Z" type elevator feeding the product, a multi-head wagon / sand spreader, an automatic bag making and closing machine with a date, a bag conveyor, a collection table and a working platform adapted to the height of the devices.

Intended for products in the form of powder or granules such as seeds, beans, rice, dates.

Functions:

It creates foil bags in the form of a ribbon (VFFS system).

The feeder has a vibration function.

The devices are made of stainless steel using high-quality production components, including Japanese and French, including the PLC controller guarantee high precision of devices.

Operation is via a simple panel.

It supports various types of complex welding foils, e.g. polyester / aluminum / polyethylene, polyester / polypropylene, BOPP, paper / foil etc.
