Operating Principle

Bottles are automatically positioned at the desiccant loading station. The belt-driven feeding mechanism moves the desiccant roll to the cutting area, where the optical sensor detects the color mark and controls the cutting length. The scissors cut the sachet precisely and place it into the bottle. The conveyor then moves the filled bottle to the next stage of the production line. The entire operation runs smoothly, ensuring constant accuracy and efficiency.
