The single-head desiccant bag dispenser GZ-1-GSP is a compact, high-efficiency machine designed to insert desiccant sachets into bottles automatically. Ideal for pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, and food packaging applications, it provides precise, consistent operation while minimizing manual handling.

The system uses a stepper motor to drive the desiccant belt, pulling and cutting the sachet based on color mark detection. Each sachet is cut cleanly and placed accurately into the bottle mouth. Bottles are automatically fed, positioned, and transferred after filling, ensuring seamless production flow.

Operating Principle

The system automatically stops each bottle in position for filling. The desiccant feeding mechanism moves the belt to the cutting zone, where the color mark sensor detects the correct cutting point. The sachet is cleanly cut and inserted into the bottle, which is then automatically moved along the conveyor to the next process. The operation is fast, stable, and precise, ensuring efficient desiccant dispensing.
