DOYPACK WITH STRIPE PACKING MACHINE

A fully automatic line designed for filling ready-made doypack bags with solid products and closing them.

The product is fed by a "Z" elevator to a 10-head weigher, where it is portioned and sent to the packing machine. The packing machine has stations where each bag is opened, filled and closed, and then discharged via an external conveyor belt. The last element of the line is a platform that enables the control of the packing process and the maintenance of the weighing machine. In addition, a metal detector is attached to the line.

The line has all the necessary approvals and certificates. Easy-to-use touch screens, solid construction, high-quality components. Stability of operation is ensured by PLC controllers. The packing machine is equipped with a bag detection system - when there is no bag at the packing station or the bag is not open enough, dosing does not take place. This allows you to minimize losses. Devices made of stainless steel.

The set consists of: 10-head weigher, "Z" type elevator, platform, date indicator and receiving conveyor.

Scheme of work: doypack picking, labeling, opening, dosing first, dosing second, sealing, forming and draining.
