The HLBZX-900 automatic screw capping machine is designed for sealing glass bottles and jars with twist-off caps (3–4 lugs). The machine integrates cap sorting, cap feeding and screw capping into one system, ensuring a high level of automation and repeatability.

The machine is equipped with safety features such as no bottle – no cap feeding and automatic alarm in case of missing caps. High-quality pneumatic and electrical components from internationally recognized brands ensure stable performance and reliability.
