AUTO SOFT WAFFLE BISCUIT PRODUCTION LINE 75 PLATES

Application:

A complete line for the production of biscuit wafers.
Includes mass mixer, 75 kiln gas oven, conveyor collecting baked waffles, cooling tunnel and flow pack.
The line is made of high quality materials and reliable Japanese, German and French components that guarantee stable operation (including NSK bearings, FESTO pneumatics, Mitsubishi PLC controller and touch screen, United States Raytek controllers).
The mixer consists of a mixing tank, a mass storage tank and a pump, and has a component weighing system.
The capacity is about 25 kg / cycle.
The furnace has an automatic temperature control system controlled by PLC controllers, it can use natural gas or LPG.
The baking time is about 2.5 minutes.
After completing the baking process, the molds are automatically opened, and the rotary drum collects wafers from them and feeds them onto a transporter moving them further to the cooling tunnel.
The last element of the line is a flow pack type device, designed for packaging wafers in foil one by one or several pieces.
The capacity of the line is approx. 350 kg / h.
