Application:
Packaging line for cartons.
The carton is folded and glued on the bottom, and then fed to the packaging machine.
Functions:
The machine fills the carton with the product.
Then the next device closes and seals the cardboard box from the top.
The final stage of the packaging process is banding - wrapping the cardboard with PP tape.
The line contains two paskers thanks to which each carton is banded along and across the tape.
There are roller conveyors between the various devices, including two with self-propelled ones and one with a pusher, which changes the carton direction by 90 degrees.
A simple line to use, efficient and trouble-free.
