Application:

Automatic line designed for packing large products in shrink film.

The product packaged in such a way is properly protected against transport over long distances, avoids damage and protects against moisture.

Functions: 

The line consists of GH 6030AF welder and SF 10040E tunnel.

The welder is fully automatic, double-sided designed for packing large products such as panels, doors, boards or mattresses.

It is characterized by high efficiency.

Rollers with foil are laid on the machine, unwinding to protect the product from the top and from below.

The foil unwinds synchronously with the feeding of products.

While the items are fed forward, the side sealing system begins to heat up and seal the foil.

The machine has a system to prevent the cutting of already welded products or operator's hand with a knife.

The material recommended for welding is PE shrinkable film with a thickness of 40 - 80 microns.

It is characterized by high strength, so it is suitable for protecting products against long-distance transport, avoids damage and protects against moisture.

Side sealing lines can be adjusted to the desired position, which depends on the height of the product.

The machine is equipped with an intelligent operator interface - convenient for the operator.

Siemens PLC provides integration of mechanics, electrics and pneumatics.

The machine uses two sets of horizontal and vertical sensors, which can be selected depending on the product packaged.
The SF 10040E shrink tunnel has a dual air circulation motor, which allows the hot air to distribute evenly throughout it for optimal shrinkage.

The machine is made of steel, in addition it uses the French components of the company "Schneider".

The tunnel is equipped with U-type stainless steel heating elements and 1.97-3.54" cotton insulation, which help to save energy and extend the life of the unit.
