Application:

Production line for granding and packing eggs.

The line is  for chicken eggs, duck eggs.

It can pack around 30,000 eggs per hour.

The automatic feeder affects the full automation of work.
The packaging process itself begins with placing the egg trays in machine.

This is followed by irradiation of the eggs, which allows the detection of damage, mold, cracks and bad temper.

Then the eggs are separated depending on the class.

After separating, the eggs are automatically packed onto the trays.
