POWDER CONVEYING AND WEIGHING PACKING SYSTEM

Fully automatic line designed to pack powder in doypack packaging. The line consists of a screw feeder with a vibratory hopper, a balancer, a vertical machine for packing the product into a sachet and a conveyor for receiving the bags. The packaging machine creates a bag of foil in the form of a ribbon. It allows the production of flat cushions (pillow type) or dopspacks (flat bottom sachet). The service is done through a simple, easy-to-read touch panel. All on reliable production components including French and Japanese, eg Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Schneider. The sachet is equipped with a date stamp.
