GRANULE AND SOLID PACKING MACHINE HTL HT 8G

Fully automatic line designed for filling ready-made doypack bags with granules (and other solid products), and closing them. It is suitable for products of various sizes, eg pasta, sweets, biscuits, dried fruits, coffee beans, dry food for animals and others. The product is fed with a "Z" type elevator to a 10-head balancer, where it is portioned and passed to the packaging machine. The packaging machine has 8 stations where each bag is opened, filled and closed and then discharged by an external conveyor. The last element of the line is a platform for controlling the packaging process and maintaining the balancers. Easy-to-use touch screens, solid construction, high quality components. Operational stability is guaranteed by PLCs. The packaging machine is equipped with a bag detection system - when there is no bag or bag in the packing station it is not open enough to dispense. This allows you to minimize losses. Devices made of stainless steel.
