Application:

The production line is designed for packing ground spices into flat sachets with 3-sided or 4-sided seal.

It is used in the food, chemical, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.

Functions:

The line consists of a horizontal packaging machine for forming bags made of foil in the form of a ribbon on a roll, a screw feeder, a duster and a screw dispenser.

A simple line to use and maintain.

PLC controllers provide stable operation.

Operation is carried out via the panel.

Dispenser equipped with servo motor.

All components that come into contact with the product have a smooth surface or are made of corrosion-resistant 304 steel.
