GARLIC SEPARATING MACHINE FX-139

Application:

A simple but efficient device for peeling garlic.

No blades or other sharp elements are involved in the shelling process, so that the surface of the peeled cloves has no damage.

Functions:

The teeth are shelled by a pressurized air stream.

The shells are blown to the outside of the unit.

After blowing out the shells, the machine door opens, the peeled teeth fall out at the bottom, and another portion goes to the chamber.

The chamber filling time and the shell blowing time are set on the control panel.

All surfaces in contact with the product have a smooth surface and are made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion.

Requires connection of a compressor.
