ZH15K TABLET PRESS MACHINE

Appliction:

Automatic device designed for compacting loose material in the form of powder, granules into tablets.

The device is widely used in many branches of production, e.g. pharmaceutical, household chemistry, fertilizers.

Functions:

Molds for tablets are on a rotating plate.

Each form is filled with powder, which is then pressed against it and compressed into a tablet, and then ejected on a dispenser that transports the ready-made tablets to a container placed outside the machine.

Simple to use, trouble-free and low noise, made using high quality components, among others Danfoss and Fuji.

The thickness of tablets produced tablets can be adjusted.

The elements in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
