Application:
A fixed-temperature welder with a conveyor belt designed for welding bags in a horizontal position.
Unlike ordinary impulse sealers, warm-blooded devices can handle several bags at a time, thus enabling a significant acceleration of the product packaging process.
The welder easily welds thick metallized foil, foil with paper and laminates, but thanks to the temperature control it also enables work with PP, PE or cellophane film.
Perfect for doypack bags.
The machine can be intended for contact with art. food.
All elements in contact with the product have a smooth surface or are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
The device is used in the food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
