SEMI-AUTOMATIC L-SEAL CUTTING MACHINE BSL 5045L

Application:
Semi-automatic angle welder designed for packing products in half-sleeve foil.
The goods should be placed in foil, in the welding chamber, and then press the device arm.
Two perpendicular strips weld the foil and cut off its excess, resulting in a sack.
The device has a conveyor belt and an electromagnet - the arm of the welding machine is lowered and pressed manually, after welding the foil it rises and the tape
discharges the finished product.
When using heat-shrinkable film, products packed with a BSL welding machine can then be shrunk in a shrink tunnel.
The angle welder is used in all industries, mainly when packing individual items, e.g. boxes, fruit, but also when creating collective packaging, e.g. candle holders.
