Application:
The angle welder is used in all industries, mainly when packing individual items, e.g. boxes, cards, plates, but also when creating collective packaging, e.g. packages.
In the case of using shrink film, products packed with a BSF welding machine can then be shrunk in a shrink tunnel - it enables the creation of welds.
After welding, the arm rises automatically and the conveyor belt discharges the finished product.
Two perpendicular strips weld the foil and cut off its excess, resulting in a sack.
The products are placed on the sealing tape, which feeds them to the packing area.
Automatic angle welder designed for packaging products in semi-sleeve foil.
All elements in contact with the product have a smooth surface or are made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion.
