Application:

A semi-automatic angle sealer designed for packing products in foil with a semi-sleeve.

Two perpendicular slats weld the foil and cut off its excess, resulting in a bag.

The device has a conveyor belt and an electromagnet.

Equipped with a semi-automatic welding arm that starts the welding process by pressing a button or a pedal switch. The arm is lowered, welds, and then is raised by a hydraulic jack. Such a solution requires an additional compressor, but it also improves the packaging process. In the case of using heat-shrinkable foil, the products packed with the BSL sealer can then be shrunk in a shrink tunnel. Compressor connection required. The angle sealer is used in all industries, mainly for packing individual items, e.g. . boxes, fruit, but also when creating collective packaging, e.g. packages of candles.
