Application:
Heat-resistant tape welder on a tripod designed for welding large, heavy bags (up to 20 kg).
Conveyor belt with guides ensuring stable movement of the bags during welding.
This device, unlike ordinary welders, can handle several bags at the same time, thus allowing maximum acceleration of the product packaging process.
The machine can be intended for contact with art. food.
All elements in contact with the product have a smooth surface or are made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion.
The device is used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

Functions:
The machine makes a strong seal 10 mm wide.
An additional advantage of the device is virtually unlimited width of the bag.
It is also very important that the control of all machine functions is focused on one central control panel, located on the front of the device.
The thermostat precisely maintains the desired temperature.
An emergency power switch ensures work safety.
The distance between the conveyor belt and the sealing module is adjustable.
