Application:
The set consists of an automatic angle welder and a shrink tunnel.
The welder packs products in a semi-sleeve foil, and then feeds them into a shrink tunnel, where under the influence of temperature the foil shrinks, embracing the product.
The welding arm is pneumatically lifted and requires the use of a compressor with pressure of 5.5 kg / cm².
A quick and efficient solution for packing boxes, books, panels, aluminum paper towel profiles etc.
Machines can be intended for contact with art. food.
All elements in contact with the product have a smooth surface or are made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion.
The device is used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
