Application:
A fixed-temperature welder with a conveyor belt designed for welding bags in a horizontal position.
Unlike ordinary impulse sealers, warm-blooded devices can handle several bags at a time, thus enabling a significant acceleration of the product packaging process.
The welder easily welds thick metallized foil, foil with paper and laminates, but thanks to the temperature control it also enables work with PP, PE or cellophane film.
Perfect for doypack bags.
Model with aeration - injects air into the bags before welding.
Aeration is used to protect delicate products that can easily be crushed, crushed etc.
The machine can be intended for contact with art. food.
All elements in contact with the product have a smooth surface or are made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion.
