Application:

Semi-automatic foiling and shrinking line.

The line consists of two machines, a TF 6540A laminating machine and a BS 5540 shrink tunnel.

Functions:

Semi-automatic laminating machine designed for wrapping products with foil from a roll.

Products for packaging should be placed on the tabletop, and then moved manually or press the button that will move them to the working area while wrapping the film.

After wrapping, the foil is welded and cut off.

The pre-formed package is automatically fed into a tunnel in which hot air shrinks the film on the product.

The solution is widely used in many industries when packing e.g. jars, candles, beverages in bottles, cans or cartons etc.

The foil wrapper requires a compressor to work in semi-automatic mode.
