Application:

Automatic line for creating welds.

The line consists of a QSJ 5040A folio and a BSE 6040A shrink tunnel.

Function:

The wrapper rolls the prepared products with a roll of foil, seals the foil and cuts off its excess, and then passes the prepared product to the tunnel, where hot foil shrinks the foil on the product.

As a result, we get a ready-made seal.

The tunnel has a cooling system on the product at the outlet.

Maximum tunnel load is 30 kg.

Line capacity is 8 knots per minute - for 1.5l bottles.

The solution is widely used in many industries for packaging such as beverages in bottles, cans, cartons, jars, candles, etc.
