Application:

The latest generation automat, electronically controlled by stepper motors and servo motors, for sewing the back pocket in jeans products.

Completely automated pocket sewing process.

The operator's work is limited to placing the pockets (without having to press the edges for the hem) on a special form, placing the leg and initiating the sewing process.

The machine will automatically roll up the edges of the pockets, move the rolled up pocket into the sewing area, where it sews the pocket according to the programmed pattern together with the fasteners; the stacker will pick up the leg with the sewn-in pocket.

During the sewing cycle, the operator prepares another pocket, which significantly reduces the time of the entire operation. Option available with the possibility of sewing a label under the pocket.

If you sew a pocket with a 1-needle stitch, performance will increase.

All the operating parameters of the machine are set on a simple to use, easily accessible and legible control panel.

Compressed air connection required.

The estimated capacity of the machine is about 2,190 pairs of pants / 8 hours (assuming the pocket is sewn with a two-needle stitch with two fastenings).
