In the new model, a number of improvements were implemented, which significantly improved the work parameters and made the machine more universal, i.e .:
a) machine drive is a modern energy-saving reinforced servo motor (high torque), mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine. This solution guarantees less electricity consumption, less vibration and quieter machine operation and ensures the use of full engine power, which is not without significance when sewing multi-layer heavy materials.
b) lengthening and raising the machine's arm influenced the increase of the field of work available to the operator. The distance from the body to the needle is 347mm, and the height of the arm is 127mm. Increasing the working area has made it possible to sew larger size materials than before.
c) an improved, new lubrication system that provides lubrication even at low sewing speeds. The oil is supplied to the catcher and then before returning to the tank, filtered to remove any contaminants. This is to increase the lubrication efficiency and durability of the machine components. The level indicator and the oil filler hole are placed in a visible place in the front part of the machine body (any oil filling does not require tilting the head)
