Application:

The device is designed to close packaging in the form of tubes widely used in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, etc., for example, creams or toothpastes. 

Functions:

At the first station, the tube is welded, the second weld is cooled.

In addition, a number can be extruded at the second station (e.g., production date).

Behind the seal there is a stop which prevents the hot plastic from spilling, resulting in an even, straight weld edge.

The ability to weld tubes in both horizontal and vertical positions.
A compressor is needed to operate the tub.
